We require a 2 night minimum stay. 6% tax and cleaning fee will be added to all rentals (based on average cleaning).
DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required for all rentals. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, personal checks and cash.
Your balance, tax and cleaning fee is due upon your arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: You will be accessed 25% of your deposit as a non-refundable service charge. Cancellations made within 30 days of the date of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.. Your account will not be credited for early check-out.
LOST KEYS: $25.00 each
RETURNED CHECKS: $35.00 service charge
